This was originally designed kit from Majestic Mansions transitioned to a laser cut kit here and designed into 1:24 scale.
The Saint Charles is reminiscent of those fine old houses in the French Quarter. This house features six rooms, a porch and a balcony area and is open on one side. This kit includes two detailed interior staircases with railings; laser-cut porch rails designed to more represent the architectural fretwork iron railings seen within the French Quarter, main roof running trim; six classic single windows; 3 detailed interior doors; two classic single doors. The Saint Charles is made from 1/8" cabinet grade Baltic Birch and has a shipping weight of 4 pounds and the box is 16"x12"x2"
House measures 8″ wide by 15″ deep by 15″ high. All 6 rooms are 6.75 x 5.75 inches Please allow at least 10 business days for the kit to be assembled before shipping. Made in the USA.
