Actual shipping charges are calculated once we have the dollhouse packed. The initial delivery charge is an estimate. Shipping companies change rates frequently as we must adjust as well. Please call us ahead and we will provide you with the shipping and/or painting costs.
Allow 2-3 weeks for delivery and the box dimensions are 30 X 28 X 24.
Two shingle packages are need for the roof.
Made in New York and only cabinet grade wood is used, non-MDF.
