There are either 4 or two large rooms, your choice.  Windows and doors are included.

Made in New York using 3/8" baltic birch wood, including all the windows, doors, balconies, and gingerbread trim.

Manhattan Dollhouse is available for the finishing touches, such as painting, shingles, wallpaper, flooring, and interior design.

This house is also available as a built dollhouse.
