The Saint Charles is reminiscent of those fine old houses in the French Quarter. This house features six rooms, a porch and a balcony area and is open on one side. This kit includes t laser cut porch rails designed to represent more the architectural fretwork iron railings seen within the French Quarter, and main roof running trim. The Saint Charles is made from 1/4" cabinet-grade Baltic Birch and has a shipping weight of 22 pounds. Shipping box is 30x20x6
