This dollhouse kit includes  8 rooms, 5 working interior doors, a detailed sidewalk with lower steps to the basement, working main doors, detailed staircases, 10 windows, detailed brick exterior walls, fencing, stone pillars, and roofing with corbels.

This is an unpainted kit and does not include the accessories and lighting as displayed, they can be purchased separately.

Shipping weight is 35lbs in a 30X20X6 box

The lead time for this house can be between 3-5 weeks.  These kits are cut to order and are made in a small family run factory.
