Beautiful new Victorian wooden dollhouse kit, very similar to the retired Newport Dollhouse Kit.

Real Good Toys updated the design by reversing the front door and window on the first floor, which now includes window trims and centered the interior staircase, Multiple dividers are included so that you can create various room sizes. The mansard roof allows the user to create additional living space.   Also, there is a two story side addition that can be placed on either side or both sides creating more space to decorate and play.
