Updated Cathy's Colonial-7-room assembled unpainted Colonial dollhouse. Double raised panel Federal door, raised panel shutters, five 9/9 windows, dormers, and 2 sets of stairs are included. It now includes the small apex trims with each doghouse dormer, and two larger Apex trims for the outside roof peak.
This colonial dollhouse comes unpainted and ready for your selected paint color combinations and can be shingled for extra detail. This model is painted and shingled for display only.

Manhattan Dollhouse can custom paint this house for an additional cost. Please send us a note with your colors and your order and we will get back to you with the painting and shingle cost. Room dividers are removable or can be adjusted.
The Cathy dollhouse can be made without dormers and with a single door for $650.00.
Actual shipping charges are calculated once we have the dollhouse packed. The initial delivery charge is an estimate. Shipping companies change rates frequently and we must adjust as well. Please call us ahead and we will provide you with the shipping and/or painting costs.
Allow 2-3 weeks for delivery and the box dimensions are 30 X 28 X 24.
Two shingle packages are needed for the roof. 1000 shingles are needed for this roof.
Made in the US, only cabinet-grade wood is used, non-MDF.
