The kit is open on two sides with lots of room for decorating. These kits come with assembled interior doors that function, decorative windows with Plexiglas, assembled functioning main door and storm door, assembled stairs and post, and window toppers. Kit measures 12" wide, 28" deep, and 18" tall.
Assembled windows will have Plexiglas with plastic covering to protect them from scratches and paint. Remove plastic after painting.
Kit available with French doors or garage. the option is in the kit. You get to choose which door to add to your house.
It's made from birch wood and requires little to no sanding.
