The wrap-around porch has detailed railings. We designed ornate patterns for the stair railing along with gingerbread trim for the peaks.  This kit will require some sanding.  It includes everything needed to finish the interior and exterior of the house. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eThe structural pieces are laser cut out of 1\/8” birch plywood.  The kit includes the base, three floors that are etched to resemble hardwood flooring, the exterior walls are grooved where the floors slide in and the corners of walls and roof pieces are tabbed and notched for easy assembly. The exterior materials include pre-cut siding, exterior corner trims, railings, \u0026amp; 3 sets of steps.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eThe interior materials include wallpaper, baseboards, cove molding, and trims for the edges of the walls and floors.
